In just 5 minutes, this product allows the simultaneous and directed cloning of multiple PCR fragments, suitable for molecular biology experiments such as gene cloning.
Instructions for Use:
Take the Seamless Cloning Plus Mix from the kit, mix it with the linearized vector, insert fragment and ddH₂O in proportion, incubate at 50°C for 5-60 minutes and then proceed to transformation and identification.
Amount to Use:
In 10 μL reaction system, add 5 μL of the Seamless Cloning Plus Mix.
