Adamas-life® RPMI-1640 Medium is sterilized by filtration through a 0.2μm filter to ensure the removal of bacteria. It contains essential nutrients such as carbohydrates, amino acids, vitamins, and inorganic salts, making it a classic basal medium. It is suitable for the cultivation of a variety of animal cells, including but not limited to HeLa, Jurkat, MCF-7, PC12, PBMC, glial cells, and cancer cells.

Components included in this medium: L-Glutamine, D-Glucose, Sodium Bicarbonate, Phenol Red.

Components not included in this medium: HEPES.
