This kit is recommended for purification of proteins containing His-Tag sequences. 1ml of solution is recommended for the inhibition of 10g of cells. Each vial contains AEBSF hydrochloride, Bestatin, E-64, Pepstatin A and Phosphoramidon disodium salt. Supplied as a solution in 1ml DMSO.
