The Pre-stained Protein Ladder (10-180 kDa) from Adamas-Life is a ready-to-use protein marker designed for accurate molecular weight determination in gel electrophoresis. This ladder contains pre-stained proteins across a broad molecular weight range from 10 to 180 kDa, enabling easy visualization of protein bands during electrophoresis. Its use is ideal for sizing proteins in SDS-PAGE, western blotting, and other protein analysis applications. The pre-stained nature of the ladder eliminates the need for post-staining, making it convenient for quick and reliable assessment of protein sizes in experimental workflows.
Adamas-life® Pre-stained Protein Ladder (10-180kDa) is a mixture of 10 pre-stained proteins with molecular weights ranging from 10kD to 180kD. After electrophoresis, 10 protein bands are exhibited, with one red band at 70kD, one green band at 10kD and other 8 bands in blue, providing convenience for rapid and accurate determination of protein size (see the figure on the right). With this product, the efficiency of protein transfer in Western blot can be directly visualized.
