N,N'-Bis(2-aminoethyl)propane-1,3-diamine, also known as 1,4,8,11-Tetraazaundecane, or 3,7-Diazanonane-1,9-diamine (CAS number: 4741-99-5) is manufactured, supplied and distributed worldwide by Apollo Scientific.

It is a high affinity Cu(II) chelator, which can cayse cellular Cu deficiency in a human promyelocytic leukemia cell line (HL-60), and inhibit mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase.

N,N′-Bis(2-aminoethyl)-1,3-propanediamine had been used in the study of the regulation of genes that encode the periplasmic superoxide dismutase of E. coli.
