Detection of mammalian cell viability with WST-8 reagent. Used for indirect detection of the number of live cells in scenarios such as analysis and detection of bioactive factors, screening of anti-tumour drugs, cell proliferation, toxicity and drug sensitivity testing.
Instructions for Use:
Add 10 μL of CCK - 8 to the cell suspension (100 μL per well) in a 96 - well plate.
Amount to Use:
10 μL
