Product Application:
Detection of apoptosis level, early apoptosis cells with bright green fluorescence and low red fluorescence; dead or necrotic cells with bright red fluorescence and no green fluorescence; live cells with no green or red fluorescence.
Instructions for Use:
For flow cytometry detection: collect 1-5×10⁵ cells, resuspend them in 100 μL of 1×Annexin V binding buffer, add 4-5 μL of Annexin V-FITC and 5 μL of PI, incubate at room temperature in the dark for 10-15 minutes, then add 400 μL of PBS or binding buffer for detection.
For fluorescence microscopy detection: add 5-25 μL of Annexin V-FITC and 5 μL of PI to 100 μL of binding buffer, treat the cells, incubate and observe.
Amount to Use:
For flow cytometry, each sample uses 4-5 μL Annexin V-FITC, 5 μL PI and 100 μL binding buffer;
For fluorescence microscopy, add 5-25 μL Annexin V-FITC and 5 μL PI to every 100 μL binding buffer.
