6-Bromo-1,3-benzoxazole (CAS: 375369-14-5) is an organic building block used in the preparation of agrochemical and pharmaceutical components. It can be used as an electrophilic partner in a variety of palladium-catalysed cross coupling reactions. It has also been used in the synthesis of TS33 inhibitors as antibiotics,[1] and in the synthesis of a class of tetrahydroisoquinoline derivatives as pan-KRAS inhibitors for the treatment of cancer.[2]
