It can be used as an electrophilic partner in a variety of palladium-catalysed cross coupling reactions. It has also been used in the synthesis of heterocyclic TYK2 inhibitors for the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases,[1] and in the synthesis of PLpro inhibitors as anti-virals.[2]
